Decided to have lunch here, having enjoyed eating at the other two pubs in the chain. Was not disappointed. First thing to mention is that the pub has been refurbished, so it feels completely different (better) from our last visit. Staff were young and engaging. Food was excellent. My only gripe was the ale being chilled. We will return.

Fabulous impromptu late lunch on a january tuesday - arrived at 2pm on first day of new menu. £17 for 2 courses - great value 👍 Lovely friendly service, delicious food and fab beers 👍 Thank you - we will be back! PS apparently they are revamping all the rooms - one a month - all to be finished by easter. if they are as stunning as the bar downstairs they will be 😍

What a transformation of a beautiful, quintessential country pub with food that is thoroughly worth a visit . We had the goat’s cheese to start with and a sirloin steak with sautéed potatoes and then couldn’t resist the crumble . Service was extremely efficient and friends stayed in the newly refreshed bedrooms which are exquisite .. we will definitely be back

Popped in for a few nibbles on the way back from a NY getaway. Staff were very accommodating. Lovely selection of food. Just what we needed after a few days off grid!

This was a great place to stay for a Christmas function we had nearby. The staff could not have done more. The breakfast was so tasty and plenty of it. This is a real find and exceptional value for money.

Sunday roast. Lovely setting-spooky village. Slick cosy well run. Park on the main road. Beef was perfectly pink as described. Fish and Chips looked so good I had that. Will spend longer next time and have dessert.

The staff and management of Neeld Arms is amazing. Very attentive, professional and they create a great atmosphere. The scenery is pretty and authentic, the food is good and our little dog was bid very welcome. The place was bustling with a mix of friendly people from the local area and visitors. And thus you may hear some noise from the pub/other guests when in your room (as it is an old building). We had a wonderful time and are very glad we found this place!

Located in the stunning Grittelton, the pub oozes character with its exposed stone and beams. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The food is simply delicious, and the beer is fresh. I would highly recommend paying a visit and indulging in some pork belly bites.
